Overview
The purpose of the ΢΢²ÝÊÓÆµ Adult Social Care (ASC) skills summit is to enable strategic engagement and collaboration amongst different stakeholder groups across the ASC skills system. By working together, the network can identify skills gaps and co-create shared solutions, opportunities, and future steps that can be shared to ensure a consistent and coordinated approach throughout the system.
The event will cover The Care Workforce Pathway and include an overview of different Care Academy models and approaches across the region. There will be workshops and opportunities for networking.
Outcomes
The event will help/allow attendees to:
- Share good practice
- Identify strengths and areas for development
- Explore frameworks and approaches such as the Care Workforce Pathway
- Engage in workshops, action Planning and networking
