Employers can claim funding to support a newly qualified social worker (NQSW) through the Assessed and Supported Year of Employment (ASYE) programme and apply for ASYE certification.
Your NQSW(s) will need to complete a self-assessment against the child and family post qualifying standards. The assessment form (provided by the employer) will identify learning needs for the year which will inform their professional development plans.
Important updates - Changes to the child and family ASYE platform and funding timeline

Completions

Once you've saved the form, press the 'submit' button, otherwise the form will not be submitted for processing.
Submitting deferrals, withdrawals and completions
To report a withdrawal, deferral, or completion to ΢΢²ÝÊÓƵ, the employer must submit a 'Change of ASYE Status form' for deferrals/withdrawals or a 'Twelve month review form' for successful and unsuccessful completions. These can be located by clicking on the 'Reporting' tab within 'My applications'. The forms must be fully submitted for them to be processed. If your form’s status is showing ‘in progress’, this indicates the form is yet to be submitted by the employer.
